1. No Returns or Refunds on Opened or Tampered Packages
For your safety and to ensure the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if the package has been opened, the seal has been broken, or if the package appears tampered with.
2. Exchange or Refund Process
If your package has been damaged during shipping, or if the product is defective, we offer the possibility of exchanges or refunds, but this is subject to the following conditions:
- Condition for Claim: You must make a video while unpackaging the product. The video should clearly show the condition of the package and any damage to the product. This will serve as proof to initiate an exchange or refund request.
- Time Frame: The video evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
- Verification: Once the video is reviewed, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as per the product’s eligibility. Please note, the process may take 10 to 15 business days to complete.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery (as proven through video evidence).
- The item does not match the description or was incorrectly sent.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of products at the time of order.
4. Exchange Process
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace the item with a new one or offer you an equivalent product, based on availability. To request an exchange:
- Submit the unboxing video showing the defect or damage.
- Ensure you follow the 48-hour time frame for the video submission.
5. Shipping Fees
- If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong product or a damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees.
